With AutoSchadenCheck.de, you can conveniently report your accident damage online – no need to visit a repair shop or wait.
Depending on the type of damage, you can choose between a fixed-price cost estimate or, in the case of liability, a free vehicle valuation where the other party’s insurance covers the costs.

Step 1: Choose a plan
At AutoSchadenCheck.de, you have the choice between two options:
an insurance-optimized vehicle cost estimate at a fair fixed price starting from €79, or a free vehicle valuation for liability claims, the costs of which are covered by the other party’s insurance.
Our packages differ in processing time (24 or 48 hours) and optional services such as telephone consultation or revisions.
After selecting a package, you will be automatically redirected to the online form and can proceed directly to the next steps.

Step 2: Personal data
Enter your personal information in the form.
This includes:
- Vehicle registration number
- Full name
- Address
- Email Address
- Telephone number
Step 3: Vehicle details & damage
We now need all relevant information about your vehicle and the resulting accident damage.
Vehicle details include the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), the year of manufacture, the mileage, the date of first registration, and the date of the accident.
Please also indicate whether the damage is insured and, if so, what type of insurance you have: comprehensive, partial, or third-party liability. Briefly describe how the accident occurred. The more precise your information, the more accurate and informative your damage report will be – this will facilitate the further processing of your claim with your car insurance company.

Step 4: Upload images
Clear and informative photos of your vehicle help us assess the damage as accurately as possible.
This not only reduces follow-up questions but also speeds up the entire processing of your claim – so you receive a reliable cost estimate for your car as quickly as possible. Take photos of the accident damage from different angles and also include overview shots of the entire vehicle.
You can then conveniently upload the images using the upload function in our online form.
For damage assessments related to liability claims, you do not need to upload any images – the damage assessment is carried out directly during the online appointment by the expert using their professional software.

Step 5: Payment
Once all information and images have been entered, you can proceed to payment.
Simply choose your preferred payment method:
At AutoSchadenCheck.de, you can pay via PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfer, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Payment is SSL-encrypted and therefore completely secure.
After payment is received, your order is complete – we’ll take care of everything else.
In the event of a liability claim, you do not have to make any payment. The opposing insurance company usually covers the costs of the expert report.
Step 6: Obtain vehicle inspection report
After you submit your damage information, our automotive experts will review your application and initiate the necessary processing.

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive your completed cost estimate within 24 or 48 hours as:

Option 2: Vehicle Appraisal in Case of a Liability Claim
After you submit your damage report, a certified vehicle appraiser will contact you personally and conduct a video inspection.
Your legally valid vehicle appraisal will then be prepared and used for further claims processing.
Again, should we require any further information, we will contact you directly.
